1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 pm (ET) on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
If there are any delays to the processing time (for example, due to high volume or inventory issues), we will notify you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5-7 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 2-3 business days after shipment.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free standard shipping for orders over $65, where applicable.
Please note: delivery time is after shipment—please allow the 2-4 business-day processing period plus the transit time above.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries – contact us for regions not listed.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance processes; most international orders arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment, though delays may occur.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. We cannot refund or cover such fees.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link (where available). You can use this link to monitor your package’s progress.
If you do not receive a tracking email within a few days of shipping, please contact us at rachaelcaskey@hotmail.com — we’re happy to assist.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
We currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for larger artwork orders.
If you wish to ship to a P.O. Box, please select USPS as your carrier (available for prints, cards, and small items only).
We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote territories in some cases; if your shipping address is one of these, we will contact you.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing your order, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted carriers and pack your orders carefully, occasionally items may be lost, damaged, or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier issues).
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at rachaelcaskey@hotmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contents, take photos of the damage, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Shipping charges for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. For international returns, you are responsible for all shipping costs, duties and customs clearance.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to orders placed after the posted date.
